Hello girls! I have a fabulous pepper pasta salad recipe which I want to share with you. If you fancy a light and healthy meal to help you preserve or even lose weight, this dish is the perfect solution. It is fast and easy to make. Moreover, it gives you energy throughout the whole day. The ingredients needed are pasta, orange, yellow and red bell pepper, tomatoes, basil leaves, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, white wine vinegar, olive oil and black olives. As you may notice, we are about to make a delicious veggies, pasta and cheese mixture. Help me cut the vegetables first. Prepare the cooking tools and ingredients for boiling the pasta. Don't forget the salt and pepper! Make a yummy sauce mixing basil leaves, cheese, vinegar and cooking oil in a blender.
